The individual details on each of these pieces really sets them apart, especially for properties like Ninja Turtles where each could have been identical except for small detail changes. These are collectors items though, the box indicates ages 14+. They are stuffed with foam to maintain their appearance, so they are not meant to be super soft and cuddly.

Star Wars Funko Fabrikations

Funko is making a new line of soft sculpted figures based on their properties, which are 6 inches tall.

The two new Star Wars characters joining the line are Greedo and Chewbacca.

The figure’s heads rotate, any accessories are made from vinyl, and they are stuffed with dense foam to maintain their appearance. The bottoms are weighted so they will remain standing. The boxes are also nicely designed to showcase the figures should you want to display in box with simplistic stylized artwork.

Puppy Surprise is Back!

Do you remember Puppy Surprise from the 1990s?

These dogs were produced by Hasbro from 1991 to 1993. The surprise part is that the mom dog has a Velcro pocket in her tummy which contains an unknown number of puppies. One can only wonder if this toy raised questions about where puppies actually come from.

Well, Puppy Surprise is back and being touted as being better than ever. Just Play is selling them through major stores like Target, Walmart, Toys R Us, and Kmart. There are currently three dogs available: Popcorn, Sugar, and Zoey. Just like with the first toys you never know how many puppies you are going to get!

Comparing the two via pictures the new box looks a little nicer now, like a dog carrier. The dogs look much the same but the puppies seem a bit different.

I started this blog as a place to dedicate to my love of stuffed animals or plushies. I began as a kid and never really stopped even though I am now an adult. I enjoy these toys and keep them because .
